Reservation Instructions & Disclosures
The Pearl Shreveport accepts reservation requests for parties of 2-12 by website only. Credit cards are required to reserve. *Please note the booking and cancellation policy when submitting.* For larger parties, please note that a minimum purchase amount per person is required for reservations. This ensures we can provide the best experience for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
We only accept a limited number of daily reservations to keep some walk-in space available to accommodate all of our customers to the best of our ability.
We have fewer tables for 2-8 people available, so reservations for larger parties of 10 or more are strongly encouraged.
For information on reservations, private parties of 16 or more, or patio rentals, please submit a request through our reservations system. The system will tell you that the reservation you are looking for is unavailable and ask if you would like to send a request. Please select "YES" and fill out your information and contact info, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Reservation requests may be sent through our website at least 24 hours before the requested time, depending on your party size.
Reservation Requests are sent to our General Manager for approval, and will contact you as soon as possible.
Accepted reservations will receive a confirmation text and/or email.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before for parties of 8 or less. We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for larger reservations. *Both booking & cancellation policies are shown when booking/requesting a reservation.*
Reservation Requests are not considered confirmed until accepted & you receive a confirmation email or text from us.
Reservations who do not check in with the Host desk by the designated reservation time will receive a text 5 minutes after their reservation. You may reply to the text to inform us if you are running late.
Reservations will be forfeited after 15 minutes of no contact with the restaurant, and they will be considered a "no-show" and charged accordingly.
Persons who make and receive a confirmed reservation and repeatedly “no show” without canceling before the allotted time will be refused for all future reservations.
PRIVATE ROOM RENTAL POLICY
For our private room policy, to ensure a memorable experience, we require a minimum per-person purchase based on the time of meals (e.g., brunch, lunch, dinner). This policy helps us provide exceptional service and accommodate all guests comfortably.
Each guest is required to spend a minimum amount during the event.
A reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Our General Manager will contact you for confirmation and send a confirmation text on the morning of the reservation.
Private room rentals are available for 3-4 hours, with options for extensions based on availability.
